Air Control now supports adding user comments under the new Activities section. Whether you’re managing Missions, Flights, Maintenance, Incidents, Aircraft, or Users, you can now easily add and view comments to keep everyone on the same page. This feature ensures all relevant information is captured and accessible, fostering better collaboration and transparency across your team. Every comment creates a documented timeline for centralized tracking and complete accountability.

Enhanced Mission Approval Process

We’ve revamped the mission approval process to include feedback. Administrators can now approve or deny missions with added notes for context. For example, an admin might comment, “LAANC missing, please resubmit,” providing clear, actionable feedback to pilots. This helps streamline the mission planning and approval process, reducing delays and ensuring compliance with all necessary requirements.

Detailed Aircraft Squawks

Maintaining your fleet just got easier. You can now log detailed squawks such as “drone had a slight drift, needs props replaced soon.” These specific notes allow for more precise tracking of aircraft issues and ensure timely maintenance actions, enhancing the safety and reliability of your operations.

Insightful Maintenance and Incident Tracking

Our already robust maintenance capabilities have been further enhanced to support Extended Visual Line of Sight (EVLOS) and Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations. The new Activities feature provides additional insight and visibility into Maintenance and Incidents, allowing you to track events in greater detail. This comprehensive tracking helps in identifying patterns, predicting potential issues, and improving overall operational efficiency.

User Activity Updates

Keeping track of user information is crucial for smooth operations. The Activities feature now allows you to add updates to user profiles. Whether it’s a note on training progress, new capabilities, or updated contact information, all these details can be logged and accessed easily.
